On Thursday the 10th we walked around the school with our buddy's to show where the solar panels in our school are. They are on the library and the RTLB office. We explained why we need solar panels and I explained to my buddy that we have solar panels so we can get electricity and solar panels get energy from the sun.

My Real Speech

Yesterday Tuesday the 20Th of September we did a real speech . My speech was about Jessica Cox and I'm going to share some of the things that I know about Jessica Cox . Jessica Cox was born without arms and she is 25 years old and she was the first person that has flyed a plane without arms and she can eat with her feet and drive with her feet too.

Speeches

What I did really well in my speech was talking clearly and not being nervous , because I thought I was going to muck up.

I think what I need to work on in my speaking skills is to speak louder so everyone can hear me and I need to use more eye contact.

Learn-a-thon

On Friday the 17th we did our LEARN-A-THON Questions. Mrs.Parkinson told us that if we got all of them right we got points for our table. The questions was up to 50, some of the questions were hard but it was okay. It was kind of fun answering all the questions. I got 47 out of 50 and 3 wrong so I think I did really well for the learn-a-Thon. Jamie and Justice got all the questions right.
